Hello Little Scout moccasins are 100% genuine leather and are made locally in Los Angeles, California. Our moccasins have been designed with durability, comfort, and style in mind and are the perfect accessory for walking toddlers to even the tinniest of toes! Our moccasins have been designed with elastic to fit snug around the ankle.
